He moved to Florida in 2007 and began honing his craft at the decadent Armanis restaurant in Tampa under Chef Patrick Schaefer. From there, Chris helped to open the notable MJs Jazz Lounge with much celebrated chef Domenica Macchia. Chris claims both Chefs to be inspiring mentors. Chris is a passionate culinarian and his insatiable appetite to push his own envelope has been the driving force behind his steady ascent on the local culinary scene. His creativity is genius and his talent raw.
