Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I didn't use to because they annoyed me and usually itched, and then I spent 3 months in England where certain scarves can be bought for, like, two bucks, and I got a whole bunch. And now I wear them all the time.
