Introduction	In the last few years, I've become an advocate of the slow food movement. I'm a huge fan of community farmers markets where a plethora of fresh, local fruits and vegetables are available. Unfortunately, I am also a fan of sweets: ice cream, hot chocolate, cookies, cakes (especially with ice cream), pastries, etc. Given this, I need to find a way to ensure I make good choices throughout each day when it comes to eating. So for the next eight weeks, I'll be focusing on those choices until they become habits.
