| Introduction | How would I describe me? Well, I am a happy lady who has been married 41 years to a wonderful man and we have one son who works in the oil field as a directional driller. I retired after teaching high school for 25 years. I enjoy everyday of my life. Everyday is a gift from God to be enjoyed to the fullest. I do what I want, when I want, if I want. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching school and never thought I would enjoy retirement. Well, the day I walked out of that classroom, my life changed for the better. I am free! I would probably travel more, but my husband traveled all his life and enjoys his home. So we travel some and stay home some. I am a gardener at heart and love to work in my flower beds. I like to be creative with flowers, cooking, decorating, sewing, etc. I have even started working crossword puzzles, the easier kind. I am not organized with my paper work and that is something I plan to work on. I am organized in almost all other aspects of my life, but not paper work. I guess we all need some area of our lives that need some improving. That and my diet is mine. |
| Interests | My first interests are my God, my husband, my son, and my family and my friends. Then I would have to list Gardening--I love to work in my flower gardens. I love to cook, decorate, shop, travel, sew, swing, crochet, play on the computer, and simply do nothing. |

| Favorite Books | I like to read Ferm Michaels books. When i worked, I read all the time. Now that I am retired, I rarely read a book. Guess I don't need the escape factor now. When I read now, it is non-fiction books. Except, I have started rereading the "Left Behind" series. |
