| Introduction | Life is short, and I try to make the most of every day. CrossFit is one of my "happy places" and I try to make it in for a WOD 5 days a week. I love the people I've met through CrossFit - they've become sort of like an extended family for me. I'm getting stronger as I get older. My other "happy place" is anywhere in the Caribbean, on a nice white sand beach, sipping a cold brew with the love of my life. I have a passion for travel and love getting to know the locals wherever I go. |
