| Introduction | Who am I - Managing Director of 'Oikos Developments Pty Ltd'. I am a Boutique Property Developer that project managers the construction of new homes and renovations. For many years I worked in the Real Estate, off the plan sales industry and have a background in design. I have also renovated as an owner builder my warehouse home in Sydney's Inner West with many hours of hands on input creating a perfect finish however there is always more to do. My mission is to find great blocks of land and homes in need of a renovation in lovely locations and create a finished product that suites the local environment. I also make a grand effort to find the best companies and products to work with to achieve a beautiful, first class result and have the new home ready and available for market.
