Introduction	In August 2013 I'll be cycling from Land's End to John O'Groat’s (LeJog) with three good friends (Paul Jennings, Martin Jones & Kit Ebben). In a moment of madness we have decided to see the real countryside by avoiding all A roads, this romantic vision has added over 200 miles on to an already daunting challenge. We have also set ourselves an ambitious target of 100 miles per day and booked accommodation accordingly. That makes a total of 1,049 miles in ten and a half days.
