About me

Gender Female
Location Washington D.C.
Introduction I am just finishing up my M.A. from the U.N. University for Peace in Costa Rica. I was part of the wonderful Gender and Peacebuilding program. I loved every minute of it! I love to talk, create, meet new people, dance and learn. I have been a teacher for the past 4 years (before grad school), and worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Virginia. BBBS is one of the most amazing organizations I have ever been a part of, and I gained so much more from that experience than I gave (although, I hope I gave a lot!) I learn more about others and myself everyday, and I am on a neverending quest to discover the world and all the people in it. Overall, I am a very happy and curious person. I love feedback on my writing, so please feel free to leave me a comment!
