| Introduction | Currently residing in New Zealand, Wellington the capital to be precise. Wellington is the windy city, it likes to blow gales one minute, and then turn into a glorious sunny blue skied day. It also has very steep hills, possums and reggae music. Doing my PhD here. Its a great experience being immersed in a culture, and although English speaking, still feels very foreign. Enjoying the outdoor lifestyle and hoping to get fit, still retain my Mancunian style. Its not London fashion here, but theres still a place to set some trends...anyone interested in opening a shoe shop? Cafe culture here is great, one thing the kiwis are good at is making coffee (and cakes). One thing I miss? Rusholme. Someone find me a good curry here and I'll be a happy bunny. |
