Introduction	Peter provides consulting, advice, support and coaching to organisations seeking business performance improvement. He helps business owners understand how to spend more time working on rather than in their businesses, how to think through the key issues they are facing, and how to develop an achievable strategy for growth through new ways of working or new solutions. His experience of change management, both as a leader and an architect of change, includes merger and acquisition, divestment, and significant strategic and organisational change. He also has extensive international experience, particularly in Europe and Asia. Peter holds an MSc in Business Management Systems from Warwick Business School, is a member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Practitioner.
