| Introduction | I am a farm girl who is proud of where I am from- and I still miss "back-home" everyday. I have always be family oriented and believe that nothing is more important than family. I am far from girly. I have a passion for exercise, nutrition, health education, medical research and emergency medicine as well as writing. I love to read, write, cook/bake (but only in a clean and organized kitchen), garden farm, run, go on long hikes or walks, dance, and raise my sons to be as incredible as their Dad! We still laugh, dance, and are learning how to live a more simple and slower life. |

| Favorite music | Right now: Taylor Swift and Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, James Taylor.... honestly- I love almost all music! |
| Favorite books | I love many children's books I can't name them all. I adore all of Erma Bombeck's brilliant writing as well as Mitch Album Books...I often read my green/clean living and farming books- and can't get enough of comedy writers, or books and medical journals with medical research of which I have learned a great deal from since I fell across the 1st medical book of my Grandpa's when I was about 13 years old. |
