Introduction	I am 48 years old, chubby and can never seem to shake the extra pounds! Running has been a past time for me but now is part of the grand scheme to keep me feeling as young as possible. I am married to the most wonderful man in the world - I call him Loving Man and if you ever saw the movie Tombstone, that should make you chuckle. He came with a daughter whom we used to call "the Child". She is now 15 and it is so hard to get "Child" out, that I sort of stutter. Somehow that morphed into "the Chh...Chh...the Cha! The Cha-Cha!" Which has now been shortened to "Cha". She just loves me for that. We both work just to take time off and head south to Mexico where we have a little rustic beach house. Loving Man has his fishing boat parked there (which cost more than the house!). He fishes, I run, the dogs chase birds and the Cha gets on the computer and IM's all her friends back home. How? Solar panel powered Satellite Internet! Life is pretty dang good for us all... God bless America.
