Introduction	My name is Michelle Renee Drake-Ghiassi. I am a 38 year old woman, married for seven years, living in Long Beach, California 90808. I have been a resident of California my entire life. I have worked since the age of 17 and throughout college. I went to UC Irvine for my undergraduate degree and Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California for my law degree. I became an attorney in 2004. I am no longer practicing due to my life-threatening illness, called CUSHING’S DISEASE. A life expectancy of 4.6 years if left untreated. I was diagnosed with a rare disorder called CUSHING’S DISEASE in 2012, after a long diagnosis process. CUSHING’S DISEASE, (this is an ACTH secreting tumor in your pituitary gland-brain). In August 2012, I had BRAIN surgery to remove the tumor. The tumor was not removed and I need to have a second surgery.
