| Introduction | Do you know how broken youth culture is becoming in Britain today? I am your eyes, and this is what I see. Everything written in this blog is 100% true. as experienced by me. The reality of my job as a youth worker is so depressing and disturbing that all I can do to stay sane is share my experience with you. After dealing with the insanity of an evening session, I need a release. Writing this down is my release. If you enjoy dark humour, you might even find it find it entertaining... The main function, and real reason why I'm staying in this job now is to point out how wrong some of the youth in our society have become. I am unable to do positive work in the youth service due to lack of support from my highers, and a lack of care from the youth, so this is my only way of making things better. In a nutshell, I hope this blog opens the eyes of people that have them closed. |
