| Introduction | When I was planning my wedding, the hardest item for me to find was our wedding announcement. Because we had a certain look in mind, I started looking around for people who could custom make our announcement. When looking around, having someone custom make our announcement was not within our budget, so we had to settle. I wish we could have found someone that made custom designs to fit within our budget. In April 2009, I was faced with a possible layoff. This made me start to think of the ways that I could bring in some income in between careers, and what better way than to do something I love. With that said, I started Arabella Designs. My goal is to give couples those custom designs to fit within their budget. In August 2009, we found out that we were pregnant, and so I started to design baby announcements as well. Then I was asked to design a business card, and at that moment, I decided that I would not only design wedding and baby announcements, but business cards, letterhead, spa menus, etc. |
