| Introduction | Refly Harun was born in Palembang, South Sumatera (Indonesia), on 26 January. He received bachelor degree in law (SH) from Gadjah Mada University (1995), master degree in law (MH) from University of Indonesia (2002), and LL.M from University of Notre Dame, US (2007). Currently he works as an independent consultant and senior researcher with Centre for Electoral Reform (Cetro). He focuses on election, constitutional law, and decentralization (regional laws). He has written hundreds of articles/opinions in Indonesian media on those subjects. Some of which are uploaded and published in this blog. He can be contacted at reflyharun@yahoo.com. |
