Introduction	I'm a single mom with a teenager. In December 08, I got laid off from my job that I had for 13 years. I started running in order to get healthy and to get rid of my stress. I've been running now for about 8 months, and I feel so much better. I also started ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X, and Turbo Jam. These are great DVD programs by Beachbody to get you in shape. I became a Team Beachbody coach to promote and help others to get fit and healthy.
