| Introduction | raw beginnings, because i am trying not to control things too much. i want to avoid swinging radically and evangelistically to the raw. simply, my aim is to increase my raw intake to at least 50% and see how i go. there will be fish, there will be goats cheese and feta and eggs. i will do what i need to do to be happy and peaceful. |
