Introduction	The Peace River Film Festival is located in Punta Gorda, Florida. This Film Festival, founded in 2011, is Charlotte Counties first Film Festival. The Film Festival is funded by a grant from the Charlotte County Community Foundation to the Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda. From this grant an organizing committee put together plans for a regional film festival.The festival has grown from 3 days to a 4 day festival that includes both feature and short films in various categories.
