Introduction	has been in the field of training for the past 15 years. She has been associated with the Taj Group of Hotels as the Food and Beverage Manager, and later the Group Training Manager (Western Region), training all levels of staff including young chefs to showcase their skills. A trained and Certified Educator through the A H & M A ( U.S.A her passion for writing obviously shown. She is the COO of a management consultancy O ‘n’ M Creative Consultants, based in Goa. A well known columnist in Goa, Odette’s articles on business management (Woman to woman-management made easy-Gomantak times), and more recently ‘Gourmet delight’. She has also authored books-one a biography of the first Goan Executive Chef – Masci-The Man behind the legend, and then two books for tweens in the Alfie Alphonso series to develop their potential.
