| Introduction | baba zayid muhammad is a long time human rts activist, organizer and people's artist, with over 45 years of community service. He is a free lance writer currently doing press for two important social justice organizations, the Malcolm X Comm Cmte (NYC) of which he is a founding member and now the lead organizer, and the People's Organization for Progress. He is one of the more well known 'cubs' of the legendary NY chapter of the Black Panther Party.
