Introduction	Born in New Orleans and raised in Dallas, I now call the Pac NW home. I have always had a love for fashion--at least from the time I was 5 and my signature look was a red scarf tied around my knee. I still think about going to fashion school, but in the meantime I am content to play with my style as an amateur. I love to travel, and my hobby is decorating and refinishing furniture. I adore live theater and music, and I consider myself a food, perfume and bedding snob. I am also into alternative health and mindful living. I am proudly stylish AND conscious. My mom was always witchy growing up, and I am my mother's daughter. Being from Texas, I'm supposed to love shopping malls, steaks from stockyards, supermarkets, and cosmetic surgery, but I prefer local shopping; fair-trade and cruelty-free products; local, humanely-raised meat; my food co-op; therapeutic essential oils; and veggies from my garden. For years people have asked me about my lifestyle and the products I use, and I have always been happy to share, hoping I could help. My goal now is for the world to see that there is no need to sacrifice stylish for conscious!
