Introduction	Hi! I am Albert Bernardino. I created this blog in April 2010 when I decided to share some of the technical issues I have encountered while working as a computer tech. I continue to post almost each and every thing I learn every day while working as an Remote Desktop Engineer. The goal of this site is to give people daily tips on common technical items.
