| Introduction | My name is Louisa, nicknamed Weeza, hence the name of the blog. I've been dieting, with no effort at all, for the last few years and have only succeeded in gaining weight. The idea of the blog, is so that I have witnesses to my achievements and downfalls! I feel less likely to fail, as I have people "watching" me...
