| Introduction | Sunshine Caps Co. was started as a need in the COVID times to donate to health workers. As the demand grew, the owner of the business, Lauren, began sewing for family & friends, and selling online. She really enjoyed the idea of starting my own business, and loved creating products that brought joy to people during a stressful time. When hygienists were allowed to return to work, we were in need of additional PPE as well, so she decided to make some scrub caps! She played with a few different sewing patterns, tweaked the sizing and measurements, and created styles. Soon enough, friends and co-workers started asking for them as well and the business started growing! |
