Introduction	I came to real estate after a 20 year career in consumer banking including 6 years as a mortgage loan officer and underwriter. I have underwritten over 3,000 mortgage across the country mostly in the wealth and affluent segment. I got my real estate license in 2006 and started a property management firm - Castle Point Property Management and began my career in real estate. I have owned and managed rental properties, converted properties from rental to condo and have served on the board of my condo association for 10 years.
