| Introduction | I was a non-runner until 2004, when I started with the 4-Miler Training Program. In September that year, I finished my first race. I now have a nice collection of race numbers and commemorative shirts. I also have a wonderful set of running friends. I'm all about getting you to the finish line of your race. |
