| Introduction | I was a Councillor at MPKK, which provides me with direct exposure to local governance. During my time in the UK, I was actively engaged in various student organizations and NGOs including with the Sabah Students Union. Upon returning to Malaysia, I channeled my passion for community engagement with local NGOs which led to senior leadership roles in organizations such as GPMS, Persatuan Warisan Budaya Bumiputera Sabah, and CASH. Currently I am the President of the Consumers Front of Sabah (CFOS), a role where I champion consumer rights and welfare. My dedication to public service is further evidenced by my appointment as a member of the National Consumers Advisory Council for two consecutive terms. Currently, I am a Member of the National Standards Committee and Consumers Forum of Malaysia. In parallel with my advocacy efforts, I am an entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector and a proud member of the European Energy Centre, a distinguished network of renewable energy professionals. Committed to continuous learning, I am presently pursuing my PhD in Consumerism while simultaneously undertaking doctoral research focused on renewable energy and sustainability. |
