| Introduction | I have lived in Colorado for the last 44 years or so except 6 years in the banana belt in Hamilton, Montana. Specifically, south of Hamilton, up in the hills. I have always loved nature and spent most of the years painting landscapes and nature as such. I’ve been painting for well over 35 years. Through these many years I have admired the works and techniques of many other artists through Galleries, Art shows and just sharing ideas and being with other artists. This has all helped me to improve my painting skills. More recently, I found my fascination with the power and beauty of color. It has led me into the abstract and expressionistic world of combining color and shapes to create a painting which is pleasing to my eye and, hopefully, to others. |
