| Introduction | I am Neem and thanks for stopping by my blog. I am a wife, mother and from an earlier life, an Interior Designer. I do not practice interior design as a profession, but the training has kept the creative juices flowing and I am usually found in my garage studio puttering with paints and brushes and ideas to give old things a new look. I paint furniture and I paint on canvas, paper,fabric, walls - pretty much anything that catches my fancy. In my paintings, I try to capture my impressions of the world as I see and feel it. In a lot of my recent work, I have attempted to explore man-woman relationship and its complexities. I love adding textures to my work, because I believe that it adds an almost meditative quality to them. I play and explore my world through the language of colors and textures. In the words of Picasso "Painting is just another way of keeping a diary." So welcome to my musings and my diary. I hope to share my work and my techniques as I learn and grow. I hope you come again!
