Introduction	Sally Lukey is a passionate foodie, cook and teacher who loves sharing her skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to educate and inspire others. Sally’s passion for food led her to start her own food business, Sweetpea Cuisine, in 2009, which covers everything from catering to cooking classes for children and adults. Prior to this Sally worked as primary teacher, incorporating cooking into her classroom at every opportunity, and notched up some experience in Human Resources, designing and delivering training programs to large groups of employees. Since beginning her full time food career Sally has worked behind the scenes on the creation of Janelle Bloom’s new cookbook, as well as on the popular cooking TV show, Ready Steady Cook. She has broadened her knowledge of cooking through workshops in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Italy. Sally believes that as food is such a vital part of everyone’s day to day life, it must be explored understood and enjoyed!
