Introduction	Born in Stockholm, Sweden, I have been in Boston since 1997, where I have now settled as an urban gardener and garden coach in my Jamaica Plain neighborhood and around. While working in various gardens in the city or tending to my kids I find things to watch and write about, most of them very locally. Fairly regularly I attend seminars on subjects such as field botany, conservation biology, landscaping with native plants and more. I am a Mass Master Gardener and an active community gardener. Lately I have picked up recreational tree climbing - a challenging and rewarding adventure with lots of nature exposure.
