Most psychotherapists specialize in one theoretical approach. I strongly believe that one size does not fit all as each person is unique. Recognizing this, I chose to train as an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor tailoring my service to individual need rather than simply specializing in one theoretical approach. |
