Introduction	Emily Marcovitz is a chocolatier and owner of Truffles by Emily, where she makes hand-made gourmet chocolate truffles. She grew up in Randallstown and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rutgers University and Master of Arts Education from the University of Illinois. Emily views her work with chocolate as an extension of her previous work as an artist and art teacher.
