| Introduction | Ulf-Dietrich Reips is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, University of Zurich, Switzerland. His main research interests are methods, tools, and techniques of Internet-based research, e-learning, online privacy, and self-disclosure; data mining; cognitive, social, and business psychology; and e-health. Reips is founding editor of the International Journal of Internet Science and has published more than 60 journal articles, book chapters, and books in the field, including Dimensions of Internet Science (with Michael Bosnjak, 2001), Online Social Sciences (with Bernad Batinic and Michael Bosnjak, 2002), and The Oxford Handbook of Internet Psychology (with Adam Joinson, Katelyn McKenna, and Tom Postmes, 2007). e-mail: u.reips@psychologie.uzh.ch |
