| Introduction | Many of you might know me as a Mosaic Maker, which I have been for many years and continue to be. You also might know that I dabble in painting, mostly my own walls, furniture and my car. I also create over-the-top costumes for celebrating my most favorite day of the year, Mardi Gras Day. Sometimes I make my own clothes, because store bought is so boring. I cut out wood imaginations and paint them. I find junk and try to give it new life so it doesn't end up in the landfill. I garden like crazy to bring happiness to myself and others and of course, to the critters who find their way to my plot. My life is basically about creating something beautiful every single day. Matter of fact, I have the words of, Elsie de Wolfe, tattooed on my back and it reads, "I'm going to make everything around me beautiful - that will be my life". |
