IntroductionHomeTribe blog is for sharing the trajectory of our collaborative effort to help create sustainability. Rev Friedrich is an ordained minister, mother of three grown daughters, and g-Mom to five. After ministering seven years in a historic church, she now serves a parish, and chooses to focus on a ministry promoting sustainability: sustainable earth, structures, sustainable lives. The goal of any message she delivers, is to encourage embodiment of Christ’s essential qualities and Saving Graces: Love, Wisdom, Mercy, Freedom, Innocence (willingness to remain teachable and be led by what is good and true”) also Healing Wholeness, Peace, and Charity, and the Joy of living a Useful Life. Rev Carla holds a Master of Divinity from the Pacific School Religion at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, and a Certificate of Theological Studies from the Swedenborgian House of Studies. The Swedenborgian tradition encourages the renewal of life (transformation and spiritual growth) and welcomes all aspects of spiritual freedom, exploration and discovery. The Morning Call blog is a nod to her Family, and G-Father, “Poppy” longtime Editor, Publisher of The Morning Call, Paterson, NJ.
