| Introduction | Education: B. S. Electrical Engineering -Texas A&M University, M. S. Electrical Engineering - SMU, Associate Art Degree in Fine Arts - Richland College, ---- Background: Retired after 40 years with E-Systems, Inc. and Raytheon, which acquired E-Systems. I was a Raytheon Fellow specializing in the development of airborne, spaceborne and ground based Electronic Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems for U. S. Government National Defense Programs. In retirement I participate in the Emeritus Program at Richland College, studying photography, photo editing, Spanish, computer related technologies and Art. My wife, Dianna, and I serve at Richland as volunteer Conversation Partners for students in the ESL Program. |
