Introduction	I am a qualified, trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Integrative Counsellor. I draw on many different counselling approaches which allows me to work in a holistic and unique way with each individual. There is no ' one size fits all ' approach to therapy, thus I am constantly learning and developing my practice to incorporate new research findings and to ensure I am working within best practice guidelines. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such I am regulated by their Code of Ethics and practices. I undertake Continuous Professional Development and regular clinical supervision.
