| Introduction | Call us crazy but we've moved back in to the family farm to start our own sheep cheese dairy. A year ago we packed up our house and cat to move back to RR#1, just outside of Smiths Falls, Ontario. Now up to 31 sheep, 2 barn cats and 2 llamas we've tried our hand at both milking and cheesemaking and have a number of cheeses aging away in the cave at the moment. We hope to have cheeses available for sale by the summer of 2012 - for now all taste testers are welcome! |
