Interests	Navel-gazing, witty retorts, puns, camping, late night over-analysis, kayaking, skinny-dipping in rivers and lakes, games (of the board or card or video variety), building Lego houses, brilliant conversation, and trying to make sense of it all... Books, beers, poetry, my funny dog, my fat cat, green things, good food, dive bars, small questions with big answers, marginalia, minutiae, circular logic, synchronicity, and peace above all else

Favorite books	Hell, I'll just list authors because this could get out of control...Poetry- Marilyn Hacker, Diane Wakowski, Theodore Roethke, Carl Sandburg, Mark Strand, Philip Larkin, David Waggoner, Sandra Cisneros (Sandy C!), Louise Gluck, Cate Marvin, Langston Hughes (in case you ever doubted jazz could be read), William Meredith, Dana Gioia, Stanley Kunitz, Molly Peacock, Marge Piercy, and on and on and on...Prose-Tom Robbins, Chuck Klosterman, Charles Bukowski (although, periodically, his books must be hurled at the wall), Anais Nin, Don DeLillo, Douglas Copeland, Kurt Vonnegut, Barbara Kingsolver, etc. etc. etc.
