Malcolm X, Shindler's List, & The Last Emperor bring me to tears. David Lynch (Eraserhead, Dune, Elephant Man, Blue Velvet, Wild at Heart, Mulholland Drive...) Sci - Fi, ALL the Hayao Miyazaki & STUDIO GHIBLI animation. Seijun Suzuki, Kinji Fukusaku, Akira Kurosawa (ALL of his movies!) Revolutionary and ground breaking films... The Spook that sat Behind the Door, Full Metal Jacket, Swordsman I & II. |
