| Introduction | This is an attempt to offer you my entertaining journey of finding a positive balance between clinical depression and the search of my usual happiness. I have always been a happy-go-lucky kind of person but that was "borrowed" from me by the depression lately. Oh, and if being depressed wasn't enough I also have PTSD to add to the unbalanced mix. I spend my waking/coherent time with history and environmental philosophy as a PhD student, I enjoy long walks on the beach but also long rides on the bike and long runs down the street.... |
