| Introduction | I am an in-house recruiter, an ex-agency recruiter and after spending time with ThoughtWorks, a global software consultancy specialising in the delivery of bespoke application development to Agile Methodologies. I am currently working with Getco, a high frequency market maker to recruit and retain the best and brightest in the technical world. I am a recruitment geek and have an interest in all things hiring. I am particularly interesting in innovative sourcing and attraction strategies and seek to improve the candidate experience in any process I'm involved with.
