| Introduction | My name is Kim and I have 5 children. That is right… 5 and 3 of them are triplets. Since the birth of my surprise #5, I have tried to loose weight. If there is a diet out there, I have tried it. This year our insurance changed and with it included gastric bypass, lapband and gastric sleeve. I researched all and decided that gastric bypass would be my choice. This diary is going to be my progression.
