| Introduction | This blog is an experiment in down- sizing my life. You see, I have to downsize something because the size of my family keeps growing. I have four children and I live in a home that was built in 1860 and back then they had way less in the way of crap. So, here I find myself trying to jam my clutter in a house that was not designed for that sort of excess. The more I cram the more stressed my life has become. Somehow I don't think it was meant to be this way...Am I right?!!! Here's what I have in mind for 2011: get rid of things I don't use, finally find a solution for the paper that piles up on my computer desk and organize, organize, ORGANIZE, and make stuff to pretty things up a bit! If I can do this for a year I might add five years to my life and I plan to use those five years to finally write that book, I've never wanted to write. |
