Clarence was born in a small town called Prichard, Alabama; although, most people from outside of Alabama would only recognize Mobile, Alabama. Through hardwork, determination, and strength of will, he made it out of an impoverished community to attend Florida A&M university. After bouncing around in the utility industry; he has posted his flag in Atlanta, Georgia.
