| Introduction | A 'complainer', with results, from way back. As a retail sales girl and then as a consumer it drives me more than a little bonkers when retailers and other service providers offer less than stellar service, and perhaps even more infuriating, when they respond poorly, inappropriately, completely miss the point or do not respond when you try to point out issues. From large conglomerates to mom and pop's it has become a bit of a aim in life to try and make life a little easier for all of us. |
