Introduction	I absolutely love creating and sharing a creative space with young people. It is one of the things that gives me joy and energy. I believe: -Education is the best way to level the playing field. -Teaching is an evolving art and practice, a mission, a calling. -Learning is contingent upon experience, failure, struggle. My Classroom is a Brave Space, which means: Relationships First. Focused on our common goal. A space for multiple Truths and Norms. Use I statements. Be Brave and Kind. Understand racially biased systems. Look for learning, the devil has enough advocates.
Interests	The survival skills of life are learned in the art room; critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, innovation, collaboration, communication, and compassion.
