| Introduction | I am a kindergarten teacher at Jessamine Early Learning Village. This is my fifth year of teaching kindergarten. I taught for 4 years in Portsmouth, OH (where I am originally from- Go Buckeyes!), and this is my first year teaching at JELV. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Spanish from Asbury College and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Ohio University. I love teaching at the kindergarten level and helping children discover their abilities. They are so eager to learn and are like little sponges, soaking it all in. While not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, taking care of my dog Oliver, being an aunt, scrapbooking, singing, decorating, and cooking. |
